This Privacy Policy describes how "Words to Nudge You" ("Newsletter," "I," "me," or "my"), a personal Substack newsletter and blog operated solely by Laura Avery, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you interact with my Newsletter, subscribe to my content, purchase premium subscriptions or digital products.

Your name and email address remain in my backup files even after you unsubscribe. I reserve the right to use these backup lists for future communications or if I migrate to a different platform.

Information from Third Parties: I may receive information about you from Substack, payment processors, and analytics providers.
